Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data collection and ensure data accuracy
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize business processes and customer experiences
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies to continuously improve team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL with experience optimizing complex queries and managing large datasets
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical analysis
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
