Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for machine learning tasks, including quantum support vector machines and quantum neural networks.
- Bridge the gap between quantum hardware and classical software stacks by developing efficient hybrid quantum-classical workflows.
- Conduct research into error correction techniques and noise mitigation strategies to improve quantum model stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and hardware engineers to optimize system performance.
- Lead technical proof-of-concept demonstrations for potential enterprise clients and government contracts.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest breakthroughs in quantum computing and AI research.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with specific experience in deploying models on quantum hardware.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, AWS Braket, Google Cirq) is highly preferred.
