Responsibilities
- Design and deploy fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop proprietary quantum error correction protocols for 99.9%+ fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system optimization
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum security and encryption standards
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our 'Future Minds' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing infrastructure or HPC environments
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms (surface, color codes)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals or IEEE Xplore
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and calibration
- Validated track record of scaling quantum systems to >100 qubits
- Fluency in Python, C++, and low-level hardware control languages
