Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop cryogenic cooling systems supporting >1000-qubit processors
- Implement error correction protocols enabling fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum algorithms
- Document quantum system specifications and compliance frameworks
- Optimize quantum resource allocation for maximum computational efficiency
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Proficiency with cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Strong background in C++/Python for quantum control software
- Experience with quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
