Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-secure network architectures resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise applications
- Optimize quantum communication protocols for real-world scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructures
- Conduct advanced threat modeling for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Develop quantum-resistant machine learning frameworks for anomaly detection
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services)
- Published research in quantum computing or post-quantum security
- Experience with NIST PQC standardization process
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
