Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum concepts into commercially viable solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing adoption across financial and healthcare sectors
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and research institutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analyses for quantum computing implementations
- Mentor junior scientists in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Present breakthrough findings at premier quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with $1M+ budgets
- Strong background in cryptography and cybersecurity principles
