Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping quantum processors at room temperature
- Author peer-reviewed publications on quantum error correction techniques
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum supremacy demonstrations
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/DoE)
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
