Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Lead experiments on 50+ qubit quantum processors and error-correction systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve quantum gate fidelity and coherence times

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with superconducting qubits or topological quantum systems
