Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using topological qubits
- Create hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead research on quantum-resistant cryptography protocols
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into scalable systems
- Mentor PhD researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
