Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, simulation, and AI
- Design and conduct experiments on quantum hardware platforms to validate theoretical models

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, quantum algorithms, and error correction
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing conferences/journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave) or simulators
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
