Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms to solve computational challenges in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop and test next-generation quantum processors operating at near-absolute zero temperatures.
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems to achieve practical quantum advantage by 2026.

- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development for proprietary quantum technologies.
- Analyze quantum system performance metrics and optimize qubit coherence times for industrial applications.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing research experience.
