Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industry applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance qubit stability in 50+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware performance metrics
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum theory and computational methods
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum simulators
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Proficiency in Python and high-performance computing environments
- Validated experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
