Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent applications for breakthrough discoveries
- Simulate quantum algorithms using Qiskit and Cirq platforms
- Present findings at international conferences including IEEE Quantum Week
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Demonstrated experience with superconducting qubit platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving in high-dimensional Hilbert spaces
