Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and simulation of molecular dynamics
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at international conferences
- Drive open-source quantum computing projects and contribute to industry standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC environments
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing or theoretical physics journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance architectures
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational complexity theory
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical engineering implementations
