Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, cryptography, or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated ability to publish high-impact research papers
- Strong background in linear algebra, statistical mechanics, and computational complexity
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems preferred
