Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging superposition and entanglement principles
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on multi-qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate on hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for practical applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies with commercial viability
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development on hardware platforms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Demonstrated experience with cryogenic quantum systems or photonic processors
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental implementations
