Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Architect scalable quantum hardware prototypes with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Secure $5M+ annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science annually

- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum error correction methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
