Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for practical 2026 applications in drug discovery and climate modeling
- Design error-corrected qubit architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA and NSF research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning pipelines
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Conferences
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 3+ papers in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing quantum research funding
- Expertise in topological qubit implementations
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems
