Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for next-gen cryptography and AI optimization
- Design scalable quantum processors operating at room temperature
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Manage cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.99% qubit fidelity

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
