Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors

- Secure $2M+ annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Architect quantum-safe cybersecurity protocols for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Publish findings in Nature Physics and IEEE Transactions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing hardware/software development
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and photonics
- Proven track record of securing federal research funding
