Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications in cryptography and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum processors with classical supercomputing infrastructure
- Develop error-correction frameworks for quantum systems operating at 99.99% fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum chip architectures for scalability
- Produce patentable innovations in quantum machine learning and real-time data processing
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (QAOA, VQE, Shor's variants)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
