Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences or journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC project)
