Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum error correction protocols
- Architect quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (topological, photonic)
- Define security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction methodologies
- Proven track record in scaling quantum systems to commercial viability
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
