Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve quantum advantage by 2026

- Research and validate novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Secure patents for quantum hardware innovations
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation or topological quantum computing
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum system optimization
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., IQM, QCE)
- Proven ability to translate theoretical models into functional prototypes
