Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world commercial deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Develop patent-pending quantum algorithms for machine learning acceleration
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid computing paradigms
- Track record of translating quantum theory into practical applications
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
