Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 99.9% fault tolerance
- Design hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Optimize qubit coherence times through error-correction algorithms
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research institutions
- Present breakthrough architectures to CTO councils
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret/SCI)
