Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams to overcome quantum coherence challenges
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world enterprise solutions
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to integrate quantum solutions into existing infrastructure
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum computing architecture experience with published research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software integration
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Track record of scaling quantum systems from lab to production environments
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering or superconducting qubit systems
- Experience securing venture funding for quantum initiatives
