Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions
- Optimize quantum circuit designs for fault-tolerant NISQ devices
- Research and implement novel quantum machine learning models
- Design secure quantum communication protocols for next-gen infrastructure
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and drive technical excellence
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum software
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
