Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits and error-corrected logical qubit systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical workflows for industrial problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Develop patent-pending quantum topology protocols for fault tolerance
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum-coherence enhancement strategies
- Translate theoretical quantum models into deployable enterprise solutions
- Author white papers and technical roadmaps for quantum adoption pathways
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in topological quantum computing and braiding operations
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ in quantum research funding
