Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Design quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant operations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and materials science
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum computing architectures or algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical systems
