Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum stack development
- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic frameworks for enterprise applications
- Establish performance benchmarks and validation protocols for quantum advantage demonstrations
- Drive IP strategy and patent development for proprietary quantum architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design and implementation
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
