Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and protocols
- Optimize quantum error correction systems for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on quantum hardware integration
- Develop security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Research emerging quantum technologies and assess commercial viability
- Mentor junior scientists and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error correction
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Experience leading complex technical projects
