Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks with AWS Braket and Azure Quantum
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and molecular simulation
- Drive patent development in quantum hardware-software co-design methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum information theory and practical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical Python/C++
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) or equivalent industry impact
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and hardware limitations
