Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for near-term and fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Lead integration of quantum systems with classical computing infrastructure
- Collaborate with R&D teams to advance quantum error correction and coherence techniques
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable engineering specifications
- Drive quantum computing adoption across industries through technical leadership
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable solutions
