Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or superconducting systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum decoherence mitigation
- Track record of leading multi-million R&D projects
- Security clearance for government-contracted work
