Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction algorithms for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize cryogenic system designs
- Create quantum software frameworks for hybrid classical-quantum workflows
- Lead security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Publish research in Nature Quantum Information and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in linear algebra, topology, and information theory
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier physics journals
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D teams in tech startups
