Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms targeting 2026 industry challenges
- Lead quantum software stack optimization for error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic infrastructure
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent venues
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Experience leading technical teams in fast-paced research environments
- Proficiency with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
