Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error correction protocols for enterprise-scale applications

- Lead quantum algorithm implementation across pharmaceutical, logistics, and financial modeling domains
- Architect quantum security systems resistant to next-generation cyber threats
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and gate fidelity
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, PRL)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and variational quantum algorithms
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
