Responsibilities

- Collaborate with security teams to design quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Drive patent development for novel quantum hardware-software interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum systems development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum hardware optimization
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Strong background in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
