Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain networks
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Secure $10M+ in grants for quantum innovation projects
- Mentor junior researchers and publish in Nature Physics
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on quantum space communication systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological qubit designs
- Published research in quantum algorithm development (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
