Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction architectures for 2026-era quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum supremacy applications for finance, logistics, and AI
- Optimize quantum circuits for fault-tolerant operations at scale
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Develop quantum security protocols resistant to post-quantum threats
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction (arXiv/IEEE journals)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to deployment
