Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and molecular simulation
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems using superconducting and topological qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for pharmaceutical discovery acceleration
- Lead quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cryptographic threats
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction techniques
- Author patentable IP for quantum neural network frameworks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning models
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
