Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit stabilization and error correction
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum encryption systems
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks in production environments
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Develop patents for proprietary quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Mentor quantum engineers on emerging technologies like topological qubits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and error mitigation
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and fault-tolerant computing
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum machine learning
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Certification in quantum security standards (e.g., NIST post-quantum cryptography)
