Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for next-gen AI models
- Lead R&D on quantum machine learning algorithms with 99.9% error correction rates
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit integration with neural networks
- Develop proprietary frameworks for real-time quantum data processing at petabyte scale
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits including IEEE Quantum Week 2026
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI hybrid methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning applications
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and error correction protocols
- Proficiency with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ parameter models
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Quantum Safe Cryptography)
- Experience with cloud quantum services (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in distributed computing frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum, PyTorch Quantum)
