Responsibilities
- Design hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum neural networks using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for 1000+ qubit processors at room temperature
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Secure US DoD and NASA contracts for national quantum initiatives
- Architect fault-tolerant systems achieving 99.99% quantum coherence
- Author white papers on quantum machine learning breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit manipulation
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, PyQuil)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation
- Security clearance eligibility for government quantum projects
- Experience with quantum hardware calibration and optimization
