Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning models for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research projects combining quantum algorithms, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Develop novel error-correction techniques for scalable quantum computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI integration protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum machine learning, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and AI frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
