Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing with classical AI frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed research and secure patents in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Present findings at top-tier conferences like QIP and NeurIPS
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming and algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants
