Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum machine learning models for complex optimization problems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures with 10+ qubit coherence
- Implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms on D-Wave and IBM quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into production AI pipelines
- Secure $500K+ in government and industry research grants
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction protocols
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Proficiency with high-performance computing frameworks (CUDA, ROCm)
- Strong background in theoretical physics and linear algebra
