Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics from top-tier institution
- 5+ years leading quantum algorithm development with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction methodologies
- Proven track record of scaling quantum simulations to 1000+ qubit systems
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architecture design
- Experience securing DARPA and NSF quantum research grants
- Published work in Nature Quantum or equivalent tier-1 journals
