Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 5+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and NISQ algorithm optimization
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE/DARPA)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit design tools
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE Quantum journals
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning architectures
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers in high-stakes projects
